That includes incorporating the latest available admission rates and the latest Barron's and U.S. News rankings. We've even included quintile reporting to let you delve deeper into what's happening by academic cohort.
How it works
Using a standard export from Naviance (or equivalent), we'll analyze your data and prepare a summary of admission and matriculation results, sliced and diced in a variety of ways to identify trends and provide insights to your board.
- Upload your data
- Await analysis results
- Review findings
All that's needed is a standard CSV export of your historical results from Naviance, Maia Learning, Cialfo or SCOIR for the most recent three years. Once you've uploaded this into the system, we'll analyze it and prepare a set of reports for review in 2-3 business days.
The standard Outcomes Report begins with a summary of admission and matriculation highlights for the most recent three years.
You can track basic factors like class size and applications per student, as well as compare your high school's overall admission rate to the comparable national and global admission rate for the 650+ public and private schools we cover.
Analyze admission and matriculation trends by admission plan, school selectivity and institution type with the details broken down in later sections of the report
Admission and matriculation trends
Admission and matriculation summaries help you track where your seniors have been accepted and opted to enroll over the most recent three years.
Admission and matriculation results are broken out based on institution type, geographic region and admissions selectivity.

We'll also tabulate results for the top 30 most popular institutions by application for your high school.
Results for the most recent three years are provided—including the latest available admission rates—to help you stay on stop of trends.
Waitlist trends NEW
We'll help you stay on top of waitlist trends in three ways:
- In aggregate
- Based on admissions selectivity
- At an institutional level for colleges most popular with your students
Ratings and rankings
The Ratings and Rankings Summary segments your most recent graduating class utilizing the latest available data from Barron's and U.S. News.
See breakdowns of applicants, admittances and enrollments by cohort—for Barron's Most Competitive or U.S. News Top 25 national universities and liberal arts colleges—as well as compare your high school's admission rate to the national and global admission rate for that cohort.
If you're not big on Barron's or U.S. News, we also include an objective measure, admissions selectivity, as a way to assess outcomes. Ivy and Ivy+ breakdowns are also included.
Finally, we also provide ratings and rankings by quintile to help you delve deeper into what's happening by academic cohort.
Quintile breakdowns are provided for both enrollment mix (pictured) and admission rates (not pictured).
If you subscribe to the Plus version of the Board Reporting Service, you'll also receive a detailed quintile analysis report to delve deeper into applications, admittances, and enrollments by academic cohort.
It's a great way to see how school choices and results vary by academic performance and to ensure weaker students are also being effectively supported. You can easily also view the top schools by applications, admits and matriculations for each academic quintile.

Plus subscribers will also receive a spreadsheet that makes it easy to prepare admission and matriculation summaries for your school profile.
